By using this website, booking a reading, or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2 Description of Service

Divinekavi provides online tarot reading services. Readings start from USD 3 and upwards depending on the selected service. Customers may submit their questions through the booking form. Readings are delivered in PDF format via email within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

3 User Eligibility & Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• You must provide accurate and complete information (full name, email address, date of birth, and questions).
• You may only ask questions about yourself, not third parties.
• You should frame your questions clearly for accurate readings.
• You agree to treat the tarot reader with respect and kindness.

4 Booking & Payment

• Bookings are made by completing the online form and submitting a bank deposit.
• Payments are accepted by bank deposit only to the designated Bank of Ceylon account. A valid bank deposit receipt must be uploaded for payment verification before your reading is processed.
• A limited number of bookings are accepted each day. If you are unable to submit a booking, it means the daily booking limit has been reached.
• By making a payment, you confirm that you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

5 Delivery of Service

After successful payment verification, you will receive a confirmation email. Readings are delivered within 24 hours to the email address provided. Each reading includes your question(s), tarot card images, interpretations, and guidance in PDF format.

6 Refund & Cancellation Policy

As readings are digital services delivered based on your questions, we do not provide refunds or cancellations once payment is made. Customers are advised to carefully consider their booking before payment. Refund policies may be introduced in the future for advanced services.

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

Tarot readings are intended for guidance, healing, and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. We do not guarantee specific results or accuracy of predictions.

8 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. All decisions and actions taken by the customer are their sole responsibility.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

We collect personal data (full name, email address, date of birth, and questions) solely to provide the service. Your data will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties. Payments are accepted by bank deposit only to the designated Bank of Ceylon account, and payment receipts are used solely for payment verification. By using our service, you consent to this data usage.

10 Intellectual Property

All website content, PDF designs, tarot interpretations, card images, and logos are owned by Divinekavi. Users may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without written permission.
